This is a group of retired ladies who have an interest in knitting or would like to learn how to knit. These women come together at least once or twice a week to enjoy a relaxing session of knitting.
Not only so these women knit but they share their worries and concerns with one another in order to release stress and find solutions to their everyday struggles. These sessions are therefore very uplifting.
Free monthly sessions are offered with a dietician and nurses to advise and counsel for a healthy and holistic lifestyle. This is a great opportunity to socialise, make new friends and develop a new skill. The wool, needles and other knitting supplies and materials are provided, so all you need to bring Is a cheerful spirit!
